The estimated time from the confirmation of your purchase to the delivery of your dress is approximately 4 to 5 months.
The dress you choose is handmade especially for you.
We recommend placing your order well in advance so that, if necessary, you can consult a local bridal seamstress and make final adjustments before your wedding.

Once creation has begun, the dress's features can no longer be modified.
Delivery details may be updated as long as the logistics process allows.

As the dresses are made especially for each order, the refund depends on the stage of the process.

RETURNS

ISSUES
If something does not arrive as it should.
If your dress arrives damaged, has a defect, or you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic or video evidence.
If the issue is valid, Velina will cover the return shipping and arrange the appropriate solution.
Damage, defects, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
